SyntharSynthar is an internet band that grew out of the remains of another band, The Dandelion Method. The members are located all over North America. The big challenge with making a video featuring the band members was proximity, a problem which was solved through the magic of FTP. I came up with the script, wrote and drew the storyboard, then directed via email the videotaping of the band members. I also shot certain scenes using a Sony HD camera. Parts of this video were shot in California, Mississippi, New York, and Vancouver BC, then compiled and edited using Final Cut Pro. Interested in the storyboard? |
